delicious smashed cauliflower
I found this recipe on another site but i have made a few changes to it to make it taste even better . My family loves it every time i make it there is hardly any leftover its that good !

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cups chicken stock or chicken broth ( i use the stock and i use a lower soduim one )
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups extra sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make delicious smashed cauliflower

Step 1Bring cauliflower & your chicken stock or broth to a boil in a large sauce pan over high heat . reduce the heat to a meduim-high allow cauliflower to simmer until soft and cooking liquid has reduced by half 10 minutes

Step 2Remove the cauliflower from the heat and add the butter cheddar cheese & parmesan cheese mash with a potato masher until the cheeses have melted and the caulifower is smooth then season with salt and pepper ... enjoy :)
