Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • pinch
    nutmeg
  • 1 can(s)
    (1 lb.) creamed corn
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream

How to Make Delicious Corn Souffle

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
    If doubled, use a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
