An easy to make, creamy, delicious side dish. Great to take to holiday dinners, barbecues, etc. This can be doubled successfully.

    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • pinch
    nutmeg
  • 1 can
    (1 lb.) creamed corn
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream

How To Make

  • 1
    Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  • 2
    Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. If doubled, use a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
