- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- pinch - nutmeg
- 1 can (1 lb.) creamed corn
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
How To Make delicious corn souffle

Step 1Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.

Step 2Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. If doubled, use a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
