Make sure you stir the coconut milk as it separates in the can.
2 clovefresh garlic or 1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 can(s)stirred coconut milk
1 heaping tspred curry paste
1/2 tspcurry powder
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Curried Squash
- Prepare squash and slice into rounds. Do the same with the onion. Saute both in a skillet with a little oil until begins to brown just a little. Then add the curry powder and curry paste, salt and pepper and let the curry paste dissolve into the squash juices.
- Add in the coconut milk and sugar cover and let cook on low till squash and onion are tender.
- Serve as a side with and Asian main dish.
