Ingredients For curried beef-stuffed acorn sqyash

3medium acorn squash {about 1 pound each}

1 lblean ground beed

1/2 cchopped onions

3cloves minced garlic

1/2 cwater

1/2 ccooked rice
-
2 Tbsporange juice
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar1

1 tspcurry powder
-
2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

salt and pepper to taste

How To Make curried beef-stuffed acorn sqyash

1Cut squash in half remove seeds..invert squash on a greased baking pan bake uncovered at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until almost tender.

2In fry pan add meat and cook til no longer pink,,breaking it into pieces add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook til tender....mix in the beef granules which have been mixed together with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and the water..cook 5 minutes more add rice and mix til combined.

3Fill each shell with filling place in baking pan and add hot water to depth of 1/4 inch..cover with foil and bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes or til tender
