Ingredients

1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup whipping cream
5 medium cucumbers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make cucumbers in cream

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl - gradually whisk the vinegar into the cream

Step 2

Gently stir in cucumbers, salt and pepper
Step 3

Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time
