My favorite summer side dish. I prefer the English (seedless) Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 2 - large cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • - pepper
  • 1 cup heavy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • - white vinegar

How To Make cucumbers and sour cream (mizeria)

  • Step 1
    Peel cucumbers and slice very thin rounds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside for 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Drain off liquid. Toss with dill weed. Add Sour Cream. Add vinegar to taste and desired consistency.
