This Ranch flavor cucumber salad is always a big hit at a gathering , if I want to have some left overs ,I better save some at home cause I never seem to come home with any extra's.I've even doubled it and still none left over ...LOL

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt : optional
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 medium sweet white onion ; sliced and seperated
- 4 large cucumbers ; peeled and sliced
How To Make cucumbers and onions in a ranch sauce

Step 1Mix together ; sour cream , milk ,ranch mix , lemon juice , salt & pepper and dill weed in a medium bowl.

Step 2Mix prepared cucumbers and onion ring slices in ranch mixture.

Step 3Chill for at least 30 minutes ; just too get cold and to let the flavor set.
