Easy, yummy, summer time salad!

If you want a thicker dressing, add less milk.

When the cucumbers are all gone, I love dipping bread in the yummy sauce!!

  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
  • dash(es)
    salt & pepper
  • dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • dash(es)
    parsley flakes
  • 2-3
    small cucumbers

How to Make Cucumber Salad


  1. whisk together mayo and milk. Add sugar, salt and pepper, garlic powder & parsley flakes.
    ** to add a bit more flavor you can add a splash of vinegar **
  2. Peel and slice cucumbers. Add to dressing.
  3. Cover and shake. set in fridge to flavor. The dressing will thin out a bit as it sits.
