Ingredients
- 1 can creamed white corn (16 oz)
- 1 can whole white corn
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small jalapeno pepper or use a mild pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
How To Make crusty white corn casserole

Step 1Preheat over to 350ºF. Melt butter n a 8X12 inch glass baking dish in the oven. Remove when butter melts. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towels. Once cooled; crumble bacon.

Step 2Mix the bacon & sautéd onions, both cans of corn, eggs, sour cream and chopped pepper and pour into the hot buttered pan.

Step 3Bake one hour until a crust forms. Take out of oven; cover with the crumbled bacon. Serve as a side with some Spicy chicken.
