A flavorful blend of cheddar cheese and broccoli that makes its own crust while it bakes. Reheats well.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoli or cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 - eggs

How To Make crustless vegetable pie

  • Step 1
    The frozen broccoli doesn't need to be cooked. Just thaw, drain and add it to the pie.
  • Step 2
    Stir together broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese. Put into a greased 9 inch pie pan.
  • Step 3
    Blend remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
