Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoli or cauliflower
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - eggs
How To Make crustless vegetable pie

Step 1The frozen broccoli doesn't need to be cooked. Just thaw, drain and add it to the pie.

Step 2Stir together broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese. Put into a greased 9 inch pie pan.

Step 3Blend remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
