Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- salt
- 1 large head cauliflower broken into florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make crushed cauliflower

Step 1Add water to a large pot. Add the salt. Bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook until tender. Drain and add the cauliflower back to the pan and place over low heat.

Step 2Let any moisture evaporate. Add the butter, Olive oil, and cheese. Mash with a potatos masher then season with salt and pepper.
