Ingredients For crunchy potatoes

    medium potatoes
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, minced
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make crunchy potatoes

    Bake the potatoes for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients and let stand to blend flavors.

    Remove potatoes from oven and cut into pieces. Spread on a baking sheet and broil until crispy, about 10 minutes. Turn to brown on all sides.

    Toss in seasoned oil.
