This is an Eastern European side dish my mother often made. It's a bit spicy for some, but I've always loved it. The sour cream cools the bite of the radishes and scallions.

How to Make Crunchy, Creamy Radish Side Dish

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash and remove roots from green onions. Chop both the green and white parts.
  2. Wash, trim and slice radishes
  3. Combine radishes, green onions and sour cream. I use about 1 cup, so the radishes and onions combine and mound on spoon.
  4. Add salt to taste. Usually takes a good amount of salt.
  5. Good served with Artisan breads. Nice side dish with meat or chicken.
