How to Make Crunchy, Creamy Radish Side Dish
- 1Wash and remove roots from green onions. Chop both the green and white parts.
- 2Wash, trim and slice radishes
- 3Combine radishes, green onions and sour cream. I use about 1 cup, so the radishes and onions combine and mound on spoon.
- 4Add salt to taste. Usually takes a good amount of salt.
- 5Good served with Artisan breads. Nice side dish with meat or chicken.
