How To Make crowned cauliflower

• Step 1
  Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a liberal amount of salt. Add the cauliflower to the water and cook until tender but not too soft so it don't break apart.
• Step 2
  Mix the mayo and mustard together. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Place the head of cauliflower on a baking sheet. Spread the mayo mixture over the entire head of cauliflower. Sprinkle the cheese over the mayo layer.
• Step 3
  Bake until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
