Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    frozen spinach
  • 2. c
    cottage cheese, lowfat 15 oz.
  • 1 c
    diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    butter or margarine, cubed
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make Crockpot Spinach

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease crock pot or spray well with Pam.
  2. Mix ingredients.
  3. Cook in Crock Pot on low for 4-5 hours.
    Good with crusty bread. ENJOY!
