crock pot creamed corn
This easy recipe using frozen corn can also be made with 3 cans of drained whole kernel corn, if you prefer, or that’s just what you have on hand. You can also adjust the “creaminess factor” by using less cream cheese. I use salted butter so add more salt (to taste) if you’re using unsalted butter. See how much fun it is to play with your food? =^..^=

How To Make crock pot creamed corn
-
Step 1Stir together the corn, black pepper, and milk in the crockpot. Add the slices of butter and cubes of cream cheese to the top. Cover & cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
-
Step 2After 2 hours, stir everything together, cover, and cook on HIGH for another hour.
-
Step 3After 3 hours total cooking, check to see if the creamed corn needs salt, or more pepper, and adjust accordingly. Bon appetit! =^..^= This makes a good amount of creamed corn for a holiday dinner or potluck.
