Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can 14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can 10-oz. can mild rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 can 10-oz can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can soup can water
- 1 large head of cabbage, shredded
How To Make creole-style beef and cabbage saute

Step 1In a small amount of oil, brown ground beef until cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Step 2Saute the onion and pepper until translucent and tender.

Step 3Return beef to onion/pepper mixture and add tomatoes, rotel, cheese soup and water. Mix well and add cabbage.

Step 4Simmer until cabbage is tender - approximately 1 hour.
