- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup 100% grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 4 large carrots,diagonally sliced
- 8 ounces sugar snap peas
- 8 ounces fresh asparagus,cut into1" lengths
- 1 large sweet red pepper..chopped
- 1 package stove top stuffing for chicken

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 Mix cream cheese and milk in large microwaveable bowl.Microwave on high 1 minute,or until mixture is melted and mixture is blended Add Parmesan cheese and basil;stir until blended Add vegetables;toss to coat.

Step 2Spoon into a greased 13x9" baking pan. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the package;spoon evenly over vegetable mixture.

Step 3Bake 30 minutes or until heated through and stuffing is golden brown.
