I found this delicious recipe on the net when looking for ways to use a bumper crop of Brussels sprouts 2 years ago.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh brussels sprouts, quartered
- 1 medium onion,finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or margerine
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
- 1 1/2 cups noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or margerine
How To Make creamy sprouts and noodles

Step 1Cook and drain noodles. Cook sprouts until tender

Step 2Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, cottage cheese, garlic, paprika, salt and caraway seeds. Add sprouts and noodles.

Step 3Spoon into sprayed 1 qt. baking dish. Toss bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
