This quickly became my favorite dish at my husband's family gatherings. My mother in law makes it just for me when I am in town. Now I get to share it with all my side of the family and friends. Awesome!

Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
6 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions
1/2 cup melted margarine
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch smoked paprika sprinkled on top

How To Make creamy potato casserole

Cook, drain, and mash potatoes and other ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
