Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium shallots minced
- 2 pounds brussels sprouts sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- spring onions diced for garnish
How To Make creamy cheesy brussels sprouts bake

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large skillet melt the butter. Add the shallots and Brussels Sprouts and saute for 5 minutes. Add the hot sauce, and salt. Cook 5 more minutes.

Step 2Squeeze a half a lemon over the sprouts. Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and sprinkle on the cheese.

Step 3Place in oven and bake about 10 minutes. Garnish with spring onions.
