creamy cheese & potatoes
I wrote this recipe simply because I bought a new slicer and wanted to try it out. I has plenty of potatoes on hand, so this recipe was born. I turned out great. My family loved it and we have had it several times since then. Oh yeah, the slicer worked great too!

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, any variety (except sweet potatoes)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro, dried
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated chedder cheese
How To Make creamy cheese & potatoes

Step 1Slice the potatoes thin and add to a cool skillet.

Step 2Add milk, salt, pepper, paprika and cilantro. Bring to a boil.

Step 3Simmer until the potatoes are soft, adding more milk if needed.

Step 4Added grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and and well mixed. (NOTE: You can add more cheese if you really want it cheesy.)

Step 5Remove from heat and let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
