4 clovegarlic, peeled & crushed

1/2 cbuttermilk

4 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspbutter

1/2 tspsalt & pepper

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

How To Make creamy cauliflower puree

1Place cauliflower florets & garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover & steam until very tender, 12 - 15 minutes.

2Place the cooked cauliflower & garlic in a food processor. Add buttermilk, 2 tsp oil, butter, cream cheese, salt & pepper; pulse several times, then process until smooth & creamy. Transfer to serving bowl. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tsp oil & garnish with chives. Enjoy!
