Ingredients
- 3 bags - cauliflower, small florets, frozen, thawed
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- - chives, fresh
How To Make creamy cauliflower puree

Step 1Place cauliflower florets & garlic in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover & steam until very tender, 12 - 15 minutes.

Step 2Place the cooked cauliflower & garlic in a food processor. Add buttermilk, 2 tsp oil, butter, cream cheese, salt & pepper; pulse several times, then process until smooth & creamy. Transfer to serving bowl. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tsp oil & garnish with chives. Enjoy!
