Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 ounces frozen cauliflower (or fresh)
- 10 ounces frozen green peas
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 3 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
How To Make creamy cauliflower-pea medley

Step 1Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain well.

Step 2Combine the cauliflower mixture and the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.
