Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 10 oz
    frozen cauliflower (or fresh)
  • 10 oz
    frozen green peas
  • 1 c
    cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    ranch salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried dill

How to Make Creamy Cauliflower-Pea Medley

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain well.
  2. Combine the cauliflower mixture and the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and toss well.
  3. Serve warm or chilled.
