heavy cream to make desired consistency

  • 1Add the turnips to boiling salted water. Boil until turnips are soft. Drain.
  • 2Add the turnips to food processor. Add the butter, salt and pepper. drizzle in heavy cream while processing until smooth. Stir in basil
