    turnips peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh basil chopped
  • 2 Tbsp

    salt and pepper
  • ·
    heavy cream to make desired consistency

How to Make Creamy Basil Turnip Puree


  1. Add the turnips to boiling salted water. Boil until turnips are soft. Drain.
  2. Add the turnips to food processor. Add the butter, salt and pepper. drizzle in heavy cream while processing until smooth. Stir in basil
