  • 2 pounds turnips peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt and pepper
  • - heavy cream to make desired consistency

How To Make creamy basil turnip puree

  • Step 1
    Add the turnips to boiling salted water. Boil until turnips are soft. Drain.
