Ingredients
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups frozen sweet corn
- 4 slices fully cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsleuy
How To Make creamed sweet corn with bacon

Step 1Saute onion in butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Add corn and bacon. Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2Stir together cream, broth and flour.

Step 3Pour cream mixture into corn and bring to a boil. Simmer on low 10-12 minutes until sauce thickens.

Step 4Stir in pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
