  Cook one 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, according to package directions, drain well. Stir together one 3 ounce package cream cheese (softened), 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg. Stir in spinach, spoon into lightly greased small casserole, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
