It did not take long for me to realize that little frozen packet of creamed spinach would not work for my 3 kids. A fight would break out to clean out that bag.

Ingredients

1 - large bag frozen spinach
1/3 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup half and half or milk
1/4 package creamed cheese
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

How To Make creamed spinach

Step 1

place chopped spinach in pot heat on medium when it begins to soften add butter and garlic, let it melt add salt cover stir til fully melted

Step 2

add flour stir til no lumps and smooth, cover for a couple minutes stir again add cream cheese stir add milk or half n half.
Step 3

Cover heat on low till fully heated salt to taste. Yum
