Ingredients For creamed peas

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas

How To Make creamed peas

    Add flour & salt to melted butter in medium skillet, stir till toasted looking.
  • 2
    Whisk in milk and pkg. of peas. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Reduce heat and simmer till gravy thickens.
