creamed corn my way
I grew up eating canned cream corn. Never really liked it, other than the sweetness. Decided to try and make it the way I would like it. Turned out yummy! *** wanted to add green chiles but it would not have gone well with the meal we were having. Next time!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen sweet corn
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make creamed corn my way

Step 1Melt butter over medium high heat.

Step 2Add minced onion, and saute until softened.

Step 3Add small cubed cream cheese, stir until melted. Reduce heat to low.

Step 4Add seasonings, stir well to combine.

Step 5Let cook on low until done to your liking.
