creamed corn my way
I grew up eating canned cream corn. Never really liked it, other than the sweetness. Decided to try and make it the way I would like it. Turned out yummy! *** wanted to add green chiles but it would not have gone well with the meal we were having. Next time!

2 cfrozen sweet corn

2 ozcream cheese

1/4 cmilk

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspminced onion

How To Make creamed corn my way

1Melt butter over medium high heat.

2Add minced onion, and saute until softened.

3Add small cubed cream cheese, stir until melted. Reduce heat to low.

4Add seasonings, stir well to combine.
