- - 1 green or red pepper, chopped
- - 1 onion, chopped
- - 1 stick butter
- - 3 cans cream style corn
- - 3 eggs
- - 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- - 3 tablespoons sugar
- - grated cheddar cheese
- - 1 small can chopped jalapenos, optional
How To Make creamed corn casserole

Step 1Saute chopped onion and pepper in butter, until tender. Mix together all other ingredients, except cheese, in a 9x13 baking dish. Add onions and peppers to mixture and mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 2Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
