Blue Ribbon Recipe
Creamed corn is always a hit with my family, so when my daughter-in-law (and trusty kitchen assistant), Krissi, saw this recipe she couldn’t wait to prepare it! This would be a wonderful recipe to multiply for family reunions or pot lucks.

Ingredients

2 pkg(one 16 ounces and one 10 ounces ) frozen corn

1 pkg(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed

1/4 cbutter, cubed

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspsalt
How to Make Creamed Corn
- In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spay, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted and corn is tender. Stir just before serving.
