How to Make Creamed Cabbage
1Chop 1 head of cabbage. Place in a 2 quart baking dish.
2Mix together heavy cream, flour and sugar. Pour over cabbage. Chop bacon into 1-2 inch squares and put on top.
3Cover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender and sauce is thickened. Stir a couple of times during baking, but wait until bacon has crisped a little.
