Ingredients
- 1 - cabbage chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package bacon
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamed cabbage

Step 1Chop 1 head of cabbage. Place in a 2 quart baking dish.

Step 2Mix together heavy cream, flour and sugar. Pour over cabbage. Chop bacon into 1-2 inch squares and put on top.

Step 3Cover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender and sauce is thickened. Stir a couple of times during baking, but wait until bacon has crisped a little.
