These are a great side dish, but we love them so much we eat them alone with a salad. Makes a great and easy dinner!!

  • 2
    lg portabello mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    green onions (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    galic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs (i use italian style)
  • 2 can(s)
    crabmeat (4.25 oz each drained)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    juice from 1 lemon ( i omit this)
  • ·
    dash of pepper

How to Make Crab stuffed portobello mushrooms


  1. place mushrooms on baking sheet and baste them with olive oil. (make sure you clean them by rubbing a damp paper towel, but not to hard!
  2. mix together the rest of the ingredients minus the parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
  4. ENJOY!!!!
