These are a great side dish, but we love them so much we eat them alone with a salad. Makes a great and easy dinner!!

Ingredients

  • 2 - lg portabello mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon galic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs (i use italian style)
  • 2 cans crabmeat (4.25 oz each drained)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - juice from 1 lemon ( i omit this)
  • - dash of pepper

How To Make crab stuffed portobello mushrooms

  • Step 1
    place mushrooms on baking sheet and baste them with olive oil. (make sure you clean them by rubbing a damp paper towel, but not to hard!
  • Step 2
    mix together the rest of the ingredients minus the parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
  • Step 4
    ENJOY!!!!
