These are a great side dish, but we love them so much we eat them alone with a salad. Makes a great and easy dinner!!

Ingredients
- 2 - lg portabello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon galic powder
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (i use italian style)
- 2 cans crabmeat (4.25 oz each drained)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - juice from 1 lemon ( i omit this)
- - dash of pepper
How To Make crab stuffed portobello mushrooms

Step 1place mushrooms on baking sheet and baste them with olive oil. (make sure you clean them by rubbing a damp paper towel, but not to hard!

Step 2mix together the rest of the ingredients minus the parmesan cheese.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
