Crab stuffed portobello mushrooms

Ingredients

2lg portabello mushrooms
-
1/2 cgreen onions (chopped)
-
2 Tbspmayonnaise
-
1/4 tspgalic powder
-
2 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
1/4 cbread crumbs (i use italian style)
-
2 can(s)crabmeat (4.25 oz each drained)
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
·juice from 1 lemon ( i omit this)
-
·dash of pepper
How to Make Crab stuffed portobello mushrooms
- place mushrooms on baking sheet and baste them with olive oil. (make sure you clean them by rubbing a damp paper towel, but not to hard!
- mix together the rest of the ingredients minus the parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
- ENJOY!!!!
