These are a great side dish, but we love them so much we eat them alone with a salad. Makes a great and easy dinner!!

lg portabello mushrooms
1/2 c
green onions (chopped)
2 Tbsp
1/4 tsp
galic powder
2 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
1/4 c
bread crumbs (i use italian style)
2 can(s)
crabmeat (4.25 oz each drained)
1 Tbsp
olive oil
juice from 1 lemon ( i omit this)
dash of pepper

How to Make Crab stuffed portobello mushrooms


  • 1place mushrooms on baking sheet and baste them with olive oil. (make sure you clean them by rubbing a damp paper towel, but not to hard!
  • 2mix together the rest of the ingredients minus the parmesan cheese.
  • 3Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
  • 4ENJOY!!!!
