Ingredients For cowboy cabbage

1/2cabbage head

1 mdonion chopped

1oriental ramen mix
-
2 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspvinegar

3 dashtabasco sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce

3 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspbutter
-
pepper
-
celery salt
-
1 pinchginger powder
-
3 Tbsproasted sesame seeds

1/4 croasted almonds
How To Make cowboy cabbage

1Sauce: mix sugar, vinegar, tabasco, soy sauce and olive oil with the seasoning packet from the ramen noodle soup package. Set aside.

2Brown onions in butter, add 1/2 of the shredded cabbage, mix together and cook until tender. Add the oriental noodles, pepper, celery salt, ginger, rest of cabbage and sesame seed and almonds. Stir and heat through but do not over cook. Turn up heat on stove and add sauce and saute quickly as to try to keep the cabbage, noodles and almonds and sesame seeds somewhat crisp. Serve as a side dish, yummy!
