How to Make country green maters

Step-by-Step

  1. slice maters 1/8 inch thick, soak in buttermilk for 3 hours or overnight
  2. mix all dry ingredents in bowl coat maters in flour mixture place in cast iron skillet over med heat cook till brown flip cook otherside all till brown bout 3 min each side while hot sprinkle with dry hidden valley ranch mix let soak in warmth
  3. serve with sauce of choice here we use honey mustard
