    egg substitute, equal to 3 eggs
  • 4 oz
    cheese, low fat and cubed
  • 1/2 pkg
    spinach, partially thawed
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour

How to Make Cottage Cheese-Spinach Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, egg substitute and flour; add cheese.
  3. Add spinach in chunks along with salt.
  4. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered 60 minutes.
