- 1 - vidalia onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 4-oz jars pimentos
- 2 1-lb cans creamed corn
- 1 15-oz cans hot tamales
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
How To Make corn with tamales and vidalia onions

Step 1Stew onion, pepper and pimentos in juice from tamales.

Step 2Add corn, tamales, salt and pepper to sauce mixture.

Step 3Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until mixture thickens.

Step 4Just before serving, top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
