green pepper, diced
1 4-oz jar(s)
2 1-lb can(s)
creamed corn
1 15-oz can(s)
hot tamales
salt and pepper, to taste
1 c
shredded sharp cheese

How to Make Corn with Tamales and Vidalia Onions


  • 1Stew onion, pepper and pimentos in juice from tamales.
  • 2Add corn, tamales, salt and pepper to sauce mixture.
  • 3Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until mixture thickens.
  • 4Just before serving, top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
