Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 small jalapeno pepper
How To Make corn with a kick

Step 1Drain corn and chop jalapeno. Leave some seeds if you like it hot

Step 2Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low until heated through. I have also used the pickled chopped jalapenos. They are good also. I usually double the recipe for a crowd.
