Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 can 16 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 package 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 can 16 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can 6 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded

How To Make corn swiss mushroom bake

  • Step 1
    Stir flour into cream-style corn. Add cream cheese and onion salt, heat on stove/in microwave. Stir until cheese melts.
  • Step 2
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2-qt casserole, top with buttered crumbs if desired.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
