    all purpose flour
  • 1 can(s)
    16 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 pkg
    3 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion salt
  • 1 can(s)
    16 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    6 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, shredded

How to Make Corn Swiss Mushroom Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir flour into cream-style corn. Add cream cheese and onion salt, heat on stove/in microwave. Stir until cheese melts.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2-qt casserole, top with buttered crumbs if desired.
  3. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
