A friend of my son, Mark gave this recipe to him years ago. He inturn gave it to me. I have made this a lot for him and for company. It is really good..soft and creamy, the way we like it. I think you will too!

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozarella cheese, grated
How To Make corn spoon bread

Step 1Beat eggs in casserole dish and add corn,melted butter, muffin mix and sour cream. Mix altogether. Do 'NOT' add mozarella cheese yet. Bake in 350F degree oven for 30 minutes.

Step 2Add 1 cup mozarella cheese on top of casserole, don't stir. Bake for 25 minutes more.
