Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 - eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make corn souffle

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 quart casserole baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
