Ingredients
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can corn, cream-style
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box corn bread mix (Jiffy)
- 1 - egg
How To Make corn souffle

Step 1Mix butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in the 2 cans of corn. Blend in the corn bread mix. Pour into a well-greased 9x12 inch casserole dish.

Step 2Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour until puffed-up and golden brown. Serves 6-8.
