Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, cream-style
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 box
    corn bread mix (Jiffy)
  • 1
    egg

How to Make Corn Souffle

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in the 2 cans of corn. Blend in the corn bread mix. Pour into a well-greased 9x12 inch casserole dish.
  2. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour until puffed-up and golden brown. Serves 6-8.
