Ingredients
- 17 ounces can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup carrot, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 6 - drops of hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
How To Make corn scallop

Step 1Combine the first 12 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Pour corn mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Step 2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and paprika; bake an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
