Ingredients

17 oz
can cream style corn
1/2 c
saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 c
carrot, finely shredded
1/4 c
celery, chopped
1/4 c
green pepper, chopped
1 tsp
onion, chopped
1/4 c
butter, melted
1/4 c
evaporated milk
2
eggs, beaten
6
drops of hot sauce
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp
paprika

Step-By-Step

1Combine the first 12 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Pour corn mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and paprika; bake an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
