My family has always had a corn salad For holiday or just a get together meal.As I was making the corn salad for our Thanksgiving meal and notice some broccoli salad in the refrigerator and thought to myself why not.It gave my corn salad an extra crunch that went set the taste of the corn really well.I hope you and your family like it as well my family did.

- 1 - medium onion,chopped
- 1 - medium bell pepper,chopped
- 1 cup shredded broccoli slaw
- - mayonnaise to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium tomato,chopped.

Step 1Broccoli slaw is a mixture of shredded cabbage,carrots,and stems of broccoli.It taste like any of the cabbage slaw you have ever eaten.Chop the tomato,well drained.

Step 2Mix everything together and refrigerate for 10 minutes.This dish tastes better if the ingredients have a chance to mingle.
