This is a great easy salad recipe. Hint: It's best when you add the chips to only the amount you will be serving. This way, the chips will be crunchy and not get soggy in the leftovers.

Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar to sweeten the corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 10 1/2 ounces bag of chili cheese frito chips
How To Make corn salad

Step 1Combine all of the ingredients except the frito chips in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator

Step 2Just before serving crush the chili cheese Frito chips and add to the mixture.
