This is a great easy salad recipe. Hint: It's best when you add the chips to only the amount you will be serving. This way, the chips will be crunchy and not get soggy in the leftovers.

whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbsp
sugar to sweeten the corn
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
1/2 c
red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 c
green bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 c
red onion (chopped)
10 1/2 oz
bag of chili cheese frito chips

How to Make Corn Salad


  • 1Combine all of the ingredients except the frito chips in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator
  • 2Just before serving crush the chili cheese Frito chips and add to the mixture.
