I take care of an elderly lady Miss Ana. She loves this "pudding". She asks me to make this for her at least twice a month. It freezes well. When wrapped in individual serving portions so she always has something to eat.

Ingredients

sweet corn

creamed corn
1 box
jiffy corn muffin mix
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 c
sour cream
1 stick
butter, softened

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together. Bake 350 degrees in 13x9x2 pan for 45 minutes, or a 9x9 pan for 60 minutes
