Blue Ribbon Recipe
What is a holiday table without corn pudding?? Thanks to my Aunt Margaret, I don't remember a holiday without it. She prepares a wonderful recipe and this version is right on par with hers! Yum. The Test Kitchen
1/2 cbutter, softened
1 csour cream
1 pkgcornbread/muffin mix (8 1/2 oz)
1 can(s)whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
1 can(s)cream-style corn (14.75 oz)
How to Make Corn Pudding
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream.
Gradually add corn bread/muffin mix alternately with milk. Fold in the corn.
Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minuts or until set and lightly browned.
