Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package cornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
- 1 can cream-style corn (14.75 oz)
How To Make corn pudding

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Step 2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 3Beat in sour cream.

Step 4Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.

Step 5Fold in the corn.

Step 6Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
