2 cups milk
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 pkg. frozen whole corn, 16 oz, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. whipping cream

How to Make Corn Pudding


  • 1Bring milk to a boil in heavy pan. Gradually add cornmeal, stirring til blended after each addition.Cook, stirring constantly, just til mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, til thickened
  • 2Add corn, stirring til mixture is consistency of whipped potatoes. Stir in salt and whipping cream.Makes 6 servings
