Ingredients

  • - 2 cups milk
  • - 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • - 1 pkg. frozen whole corn, 16 oz, thawed
  • - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • - 2 tbsp. whipping cream

How To Make corn pudding

  • Step 1
    Bring milk to a boil in heavy pan. Gradually add cornmeal, stirring til blended after each addition.Cook, stirring constantly, just til mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, til thickened
  • Step 2
    Add corn, stirring til mixture is consistency of whipped potatoes. Stir in salt and whipping cream.Makes 6 servings
