My family always made this delicious pudding for the holidays.

  • 6 Tbsp
    butter or margarine-softened
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 4
  • 2 c
    corn (drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Corn Pudding


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend together butter(or margarine), sugar, flour and salt.
  2. Add 4 eggs to mixture and beat well. Stir in 2 cups
    of corn (drained) and 1 can sweet milk.
  3. Pour into buttered 9x13 dish. Bake at 325 degrees
    for 45 minutes. Stir once while baking when it
    begins to bubble. Enjoy!
